Return window & condition

Bring eligible items back within 30 calendar days of pickup. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original condition, with original packaging, labels, and included hardware. Bring your receipt or order confirmation.

For a pack of plastic corner protectors, return the complete pack of 20.

How to return an item

Returns are made in person at 7906 Kingspointe Pkwy, Ste 104 B, Orlando, FL 32819. Parking is available in front of and behind the building. Hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; call to confirm return days before traveling. Bring the item and proof of purchase so our team can inspect it. Return shipping is not offered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your equipment at pickup. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from your order, notify our team as soon as you notice the issue and keep the item, packaging, and order details. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds & exchanges

Approved returns have no restocking fee. We process refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and approving the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges depend on availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we can refund an approved return.

Items that are not eligible

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for equipment that has been used, installed, altered, damaged after pickup, or returned with missing components. Any special-order or final-sale exclusion must be clearly shown before purchase.

Seller & policy updates

The seller is 12 Equipment LLC. The policy displayed when an order is placed applies to that order. Updated terms apply to future orders. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
