Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and are per individual item unless a pack quantity is shown. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Online orders are available only when checkout is enabled. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock or place an order.

Choosing equipment

Review each product's dimensions, rated working load limit and compatibility before purchase. Breaking strength is not a working load limit. Do not exceed the rated limits of any component. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable cargo-securement requirements. Contact our team if you need help selecting an item.

Product images are AI-generated illustrations based on reference photos. Actual appearance and hardware may differ. An illustration does not establish truck fitment or a load rating. Products with unresolved essential specifications are not available for online purchase.

Pickup

Orders are for pickup only; shipping and local delivery are not available. Front and back parking are available. Hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; call to confirm opening days. Estimated preparation is 30 minutes during business hours. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before traveling; checkout may display a longer estimate. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

Returns and support

Return unused items in their original condition in person within 30 calendar days after pickup, with proof of purchase. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. For an order change or cancellation request, contact us promptly. We will confirm the available options and any approved refund. Notify us if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy policy explains how order and contact information is handled. The terms and return policy displayed when an order is placed apply to that order. Updates apply to future orders. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
